Technology has evolved, and it allows us, in most cases, to input many more characters into our listing description than it did in the past.
However, there’s no excuse for being lackluster when portraying the charm of a home’s features or the character of its neighborhood. Tell a fantastical story, leave out the minutia, and kindle the imaginations of prospective clients to pique their interest.
Besides, you’ve already shown the number of bedrooms at least once in other parts of the listing. Storytelling is in your DNA! Harness it.
